These terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for the use of the Visper Restaurant application (hereinafter "the application" or "the mobile application"), located in the App Store and Play Store.
By downloading this mobile application, we assume that you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue using Visper Restaurante if you do not agree with all the terms and conditions established on this page.
Content relating to the layout and appearance of texts in the online ordering application and/or the online ordering process, trademarks and any other content are owned and protected in accordance with applicable legal regulations. and may not be used in any way without express written consent.
The owner may revise, at any time, the information related to the online ordering application and/or the online ordering process and reserves the right to make such changes without obligation to notify former customers, current or futures. In no way will the owner be responsible for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of any information contained in this document and/or related to the online ordering process.
If you choose to order online using the online ordering application, you will need to provide full contact details and/or create an account, and you may need to accept cookies. You must keep your data secret and must not disclose it to anyone. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the online ordering application and/or the online ordering process if you violate the Terms and Conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that all orders are treated as an express intent to provide the products and/or services mentioned for the online prices agreed upon by the Restaurant and the end user. Acceptance of any order for any of the products and/or services will be entirely at the discretion of the Restaurant.
The Restaurant's online ordering application must be used only by persons over 18 (eighteen) years of age or the minimum legal age permitted by law or in any other way under the supervision of an adult or guardian.
All products and/or services provided through the online ordering application are made as is and the Restaurant is responsible for the products displayed in the application.
The Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Visper trademarks, as well as the trademarks of other persons, but also their related properties, are protected against copying and simulation in accordance with national and international laws and may not be reproduced or copied without the express consent of Restaurant letter.
