Does Visper work without an internet connection?

Yes, Visper continues to function without an internet connection. It is a cloud-based system that eliminates the need for physical servers at your location. Since it’s an application installed on your computer, it keeps running smoothly even if the internet connection is interrupted. Once the connection is restored, all data automatically syncs with the admin panel to ensure you have complete and updated reports. However, online sales and deliveries through external channels will not be available during the interruption, as they require an active connection.

What do I need to get started?

First, you need to register, download the POS terminal for your operating system, and create a menu using the menu builder in the admin panel. You can also take advantage of the AI import function for PDF documents or text-based menus. Visper offers you a free one-month trial to explore all its features.

Do I need a license for each device in my restaurant?

No, the Visper license covers the entire restaurant, allowing you to install as many devices as you need. You can provide individual devices to each employee and set up additional devices at the bar, kitchen, and other workstations.

Is it necessary to have your own website to receive online orders?

Not at all! Visper provides you with your own domain within our platform so that your customers always see your restaurant’s name. Additionally, you can connect your own domain to Visper for free, so users who visit your website are automatically redirected to Visper to view your menu and place orders.

I already have a POS system. Can I use Visper just for online orders?

Yes, you can choose the basic plan, Visper Essential, and use it to manage your online menu, receive online orders, and process them.

What happens if I have multiple branches?

You can manage all your branches from a single account in the Visper panel. This allows you to unify staff management, inventory, and copy menus between them. Each branch will need its own license, although there is no limit to the number of devices per branch.

Do I have access to data and reports?

Absolutely! It is very important to us that you can analyze all the data of your business. Total sales, trends, most popular dishes, taxes, and much more.

How do I receive payments for orders?

We offer different types of payment systems, with commissions starting from 0.60%. You can also operate with your bank’s own Redsys system!
