How can I receive online orders?

It’s simple, create your multi-language digital menu from Visper so that your customers can view your menu by scanning the QR code at the table, allowing them to add dishes to their order and confirm it.

Do my customers have to download an app to be able to see the menu?

No, they do not have to download anything, they just need to scan the QR code on the tables which will automatically open their browser with the menu so they can order and pay.

Do I need to pay for a webpage to get the service?

Not at all! Visper gives you your own domain within ours, so your customers will always see the name of your restaurant.

What do I need to get started?

The digital menu in different languages is completely free, you can start by creating your menu using our menu builder to see how it works. We are always at your disposal to help during the process.

If I want to offer table orders and/or payments, what do I need?

First you need a mobile phone or a Tablet/iPad to be able to access our App which is available for free on the Apple Store and Google Play Store, you can also download the TPV/POS app for PCs, so you can receive orders made by your diners from the table.

What if I have more than one branch?

You can manage your branches from a single account on the Visper panel.

Do I have access to data and reports?

Of course! It is very important for us that you are able to analyze all the data from your business. Total sales, trends, most ordered dishes, and much more.

How do I receive payments for the orders?
